Louis is the second to youngest within the big Albano family of seven! He was born and raised in Carmel, New York. Louis is profoundly deaf, equipped with two cochlear implants and white processors that he wears daily to facilitate communication. He is also well-versed in American Sign Language.
Louis obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and received multiple honorary scholarships. He had the opportunity to intern as the Content Manager for RIT’s Department of Finance and Marketing (RIT Behind the Bricks) and Design for the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services. Shortly after graduating, he worked as a marketing assistant for one of the most successful home interior companies in Westchester: Country Willow in Bedford Hills, NY.
With all of this combined knowledge and perfect timing, Louis decided to make the shift into the world of Insurance and Real Estate. He is now a motivated insurance broker who guides his clients through their questions, concerns, liability exposures, and risk management. In the realm of Real Estate, Louis primarily serves as a listing agent, leveraging his expertise to guide sellers through market conditions, advanced data analysis, rich local comparables, and a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the seller’s wants and needs!
“As a professional marketing expert, I can help others apply what I’ve learned along the way. I bring expertise in market research, community outreach, visual optics, and data analysis to the table. My proficiency extends to modern critical selling tools such as 3D rendering, Adobe Suite, floor plans, interior design, photography, and high-quality film production. Each client receives a customized marketing plan tailored to their unique goals and preferences.”
